====== Premise ======

I've learned a lot as a result of my transformation to agile and coaching which is the direct result of people sharing their ideas, their thoughts, and their learning. As I learn I figure some people will benefit from what I pick up. I see this as "giving back" to a community that have really helped me and also hope that it is a "pay it forward" for others in the future so we can all improve.

This page is a collecting point for ideas that I have to do workshops at conferences etc based on what I am doing at the moment.
